Everytown for Gun Safety empowers survivors to share their stories and take action to spare other families pain. Download our Survivor Network brochure for more information.
The Everytown Survivor Network is a nationwide community of survivors working together to end gun violence. The Survivor Network amplifies the power of diverse survivor experiences to put a human face on our nation’s gun violence crisis. We connect survivors to build community, offer trauma-informed programs and trainings, and provide information on and referrals to direct services. The Everytown Survivor Network, along with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America and Students Demand Action, is a program of Everytown for Gun Safety. The Everytown Survivor Network is inclusive of anyone who has personally experienced gun violence — whether you have witnessed an act of gun violence, been threatened or wounded with a gun, or had someone you cared for wounded or killed with a gun. If you have questions or need to reach us, you can email [email protected]. If you’ve been personally affected by gun violence and want to help, there are many ways you can get involved. Everytown has worked with survivors in hundreds of communities around the country to: with other survivors and families affected by gun violence and your community about gun violence and letters to the editor on current gun issues and other elected officials to join our movement and other leaders to enact stronger gun policies at the city, state, and federal levels about relevant legislation and information on social media about gun violence prevention with loved ones
